Who We Are
Futures Forward is a collaboration of three organizations that aim to reduce barriers for young people exiting Child and Family Services (CFS) in Manitoba as they transition into adulthood between the ages of 15-29 years old.
The Futures Forward collaborative includes Youth Employment Services Manitoba (opens in a new window), Community Financial Counselling Services (opens in a new window), and Canadian Mental Health Association (opens in a new window). The program provides coordinated access for youth to get support in finding employment, planning for and funding their education, improving their financial wellness, accessing mental health counselling, connecting with Indigenous cultural programming, navigating systems, and more.
Futures Forward staff work Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (except for Stat holidays). Staff work across multiple offices to provide diverse services.

Youth Employment Services Manitoba
Mission
YES Manitoba provides inclusive employment services for youth between 16 and 29. Our purpose is to prepare youth in realizing their potential to become self-sufficient.
