Who We Are

Futures Forward is a collaboration of three organizations that aim to reduce barriers young people exiting Child and Family Services (CFS) in Manitoba face as they transition into adulthood between the ages of 15-29 years old. The Futures Forward collaborative includes Youth Employment Services Manitoba (opens in a new window), Community Financial Counselling Services (opens in a new window), and Canadian Mental Health Association (opens in a new window). Together youth receive support in education planning and funding, job preparation and finding, finding housing, access to mental health counselling, getting ID, how systems work, and applying for financial support and Indigenous cultural programming.

Futures Forward staff work Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (except for Stat holidays).

Community Financial Counselling Services Inc. (CFCS) is a community-based, non-profit organization that offers services to a diverse population of Manitobans experiencing a variety of financial challenges.
